- rent 1% of the purchase price / month
- deposit 20% of the purchase price
- duration 6 to 12 months
- first right of purchase (then deduction of paid rent and deposit)

How would it look on my wall?

First of all, it should be noted that technology makes many things possible, but a photograph is always less beautiful than the painting itself!

Thanks to increased technical possibilities, a painting can be placed in a virtual space.

If the painting is not framed, the sides are always painted and it is up to you whether you want a frame. This also makes a so-called “box frame” possible.

At Galerie Goese Kade, you can view everything on a laptop (preferably by appointment) or have the result emailed to you. If you are seriously interested in a painting, you can photograph the space in which you intend to place the painting. You can email the photo to galeriegoesekade@gmail.com.
